Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Guidelines Please be advised that once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not permissible. However, we retain the discretion to approve cancellations under exceptional circumstances.

·         If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value.

·         Should a cancellation request be made after the order has been SHIPPED, a 20% restocking fee and handling charge, in addition to the full shipping charges, will be levied. The remaining order amount will be issued as a store credit voucher.

·         Even for orders that include "free shipping," please remember that we incur actual shipping costs. We kindly request your careful consideration before finalizing any order, as these costs are an essential part of our operational process.

Return Eligibility & Conditions We accept returns exclusively for products with a manufacturing defect. You have a window of 1 day from the time of receiving your item to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original received condition: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Addressing Damages and Issues Upon Receipt Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover that an item is defective, was damaged during transit, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us without delay at fabule.galaxy@gmail.com. This will allow us to assess the situation and rectify it promptly. For claims pertaining to transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, a 360-degree video of the unboxing process is mandatory to support the claim.

Items Not Eligible for Return Certain categories of items are exempt from returns due to their inherent nature:

·         Products purchased on sale.

·         Items customized or made to your specific requirements.

·         Products related to health or hygiene.

·         Items unsealed after delivery.

·         Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

·         Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).

·         Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

·         Gift cards.

Exchanges Currently, we do not facilitate product exchanges.

Return Shipping Instructions While instances requiring you to return products are infrequent, if a return is approved, we advise using a reputable courier service that offers tracking capabilities. Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. We do not provide pick-up services and cannot be held liable for reimbursement or compensation for any returned packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit, nor for their shipping charges.

Partial Refunds for Multi-Item Orders In cases where your order comprises multiple products and an issue affects only a single item, we may offer a partial refund. This will be determined based on the evidence you provide. We are dedicated to ensuring a fair resolution for your concern.

Refund Processing Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed exclusively to your bank account and typically take 5-7 business days to be transferred. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company to fully process and post the refund.

Our Right to Cancel Orders We retain the right to cancel an order, either in full or in part, prior to its dispatch. In such instances, the customer will be promptly informed, and a full refund will be issued.
