Shipping Policy

Delivery Services & Options We are pleased to facilitate shipping across India. Our primary shipping method is India Post's parcel service, chosen for its cost-effectiveness and the inherent reliability of a government-operated postal system. Should you have a specific preference, we can, upon customer request, arrange delivery through available private courier companies.

Dispatch and Transit Times Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. While typical delivery time nationwide is approximately 7 working days, actual transit durations can vary based on the shipping provider, your geographical location, prevailing weather conditions, and governmental regulations.

Important Note on Urgent Deliveries: While we make every effort to ensure prompt deliveries, we cannot guarantee precise time-bound delivery for urgent orders. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly advise placing it sufficiently in advance (at least 10-15 days prior) to account for any unforeseen delays. Please be aware that we cannot accept cancellation requests solely due to delivery delays. For inquiries regarding expedited delivery options, kindly contact our customer care team.

Post-Dispatch Responsibility Products remain under our care until they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed over for shipment, the shipping company assumes sole responsibility for providing delivery estimates, explaining any delays, or updating on parcel location. We are here to assist you by initiating complaints on your behalf or guiding you on direct communication with the carrier. We will provide all possible support, but please understand that shipping companies operate independently with their own established procedures and policies, which are beyond our control.

Reliability of India Post Parcels Our experience indicates that parcels dispatched via India Post are highly dependable and very seldom misplaced. Although transit times may vary, your parcel is expected to either reach you or be returned to our facility. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to a genuine issue related to shipping (not customer fault), a full refund for the product value will be issued.

Customer Information Accuracy We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide for seamless order fulfillment. Accurate customer details are crucial for efficient processing and delivery.

Expert Packaging for Safe Transit Leveraging our extensive experience in shipping diverse and fragile items, we employ robust packaging techniques designed to protect products from damage during transit. We are aware of how parcels are handled during sorting and transportation by courier personnel (who are not our direct employees), and our commitment is to ensure packaging is as secure as possible to safeguard your items.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage Claims To ensure a clear understanding of the product's condition upon receipt, we kindly request that you record a complete video while unboxing the package, starting from its sealed state. This video will be invaluable for both parties in determining if any product damage occurred solely during transit.

Charges for Customer-Attributable Returns Should a parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of acceptance by the customer, or any other reason attributable to the customer (and not the courier service), the customer will be liable for associated costs. A 20% restocking fee and handling charge, along with the full shipping charges, will be applied. The remaining balance will be provided as a discount coupon, valid for future purchases for a period of one year.

Order Processing & Quality Assurance Our meticulous process ensures accuracy and quality before any order is dispatched:

1.      All products are carefully selected and arranged according to your order.

2.      Each item undergoes a thorough check for accuracy, correct quantity, and any potential defects or damage.

3.      Upon our complete satisfaction that all aspects of the order are correct, a photograph (for smaller orders) or a video (for larger orders) is captured.

4.      If you have shared your order number or payment confirmation via WhatsApp, we will send this visual record to you, allowing you to preview the exact items you are set to receive.

o    My recommendation: To enhance efficiency and customer convenience, consider implementing an automated system for sharing order photos/videos, perhaps through an email notification or a dedicated section on your order tracking page.

International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.
